SELF DEFENCE FOR STUDENTS

This series of videos are designed specifically for parents to teach their kids. They cover classic school ground situations young people might find themselves in. They give effective, simple techniques that are appropriate for younger ages and settings - assertive but not overly aggressive of complicated. Teach your kids - but remember the first rule of self-defence: The best self-defence training is sprint training, run away, don't be there...and if you can't avoid the situation, then use this stuff.
